Medivora was founded by Dr. Mohamad Omraei, with a background in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, and several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Which products does Medivora supply?⌄
We supply CE-certified medical devices for aesthetic practices, including hyaluronic acid fillers from selected EU manufacturers, microneedling systems, and sterile consumables such as cannulas, syringes, and disinfectants. Every delivery includes complete MDR documentation, including IFU, SDS, and UDI information. Botulinum toxin is deliberately not included in our product range, as it is subject to separate pharmaceutical distribution regulations.
What does MDR compliance mean for my practice?⌄
The Medical Device Regulation (EU 2017/745) requires complete traceability of medical devices — from the batch number and expiry date to the UDI identifier. Medivora provides this documentation with every product and can also support you with audit preparation upon request.
How does the ordering process work?⌄
As a partner practice, you can order through our platform or simply contact us directly by phone or email. You can view available stock before placing an order and keep track of your complete order history.
How quickly will my order be delivered?⌄
Within Vienna, orders are delivered by express service, usually within 24 hours. Personal collection is also available as an alternative.
Does Medivora also offer inventory management?⌄
Yes. Through the platform, you can manage your inventory, including batch numbers, expiry dates, and UDI-PI data, with automatic alerts for low stock levels or expiring batches. The platform is free of charge for partner practices.
Can I test the platform in advance?⌄
